Shipping Terms and Conditions
We ship to virtually any address in the U.S.A. Please insure that the address you provide to us is correct; if not, it can cause delays or none delivery of your order. You can verify your address at USPS. At this time we only ship to the USA.
Orders paid with a Debit or Credit Card can only be shipped to the billing address associated with the cardholders account. Please note: our site will not allow you to enter a different shipping address. Once you place your order we will not be able to change the shipping address so please insure it’s correct. If you enter an address other than your billing address, your payment may be approved by the cardholders bank but our processor will reject the payment. If this should happen, you will see a pending transaction on your account for several days before the cardholder's bank releases the funds back to the cardholder.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible but can take up to 48 hours. All orders are shipped with UPS.
Currently we only ship to the USA.
Orders returned by UPS for non-delivery will incur a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping charge will not be refunded. Please verify your shipping address and be sure to include any apartment numbers, unit numbers, suite numbers or building names where appropriate.
Order Statuses and Meaning:
Awaiting Payment: Payment hasn't been received.
Awaiting Fulfilment: Waiting to be picked.
Awaiting Shipment: Order has been picked and is being packed.
Awaiting Pickup: Order has been picked, packed and waiting for UPS to pickup.
Shipped: Order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.
